The explosions in Beirut, Lebanon on Tuesday surprised everyone in the Lebanese capital in their daily activities. This was the case of a young bride-to-be, who experienced the disaster in the middle of a photo shoot.
While a photographer immortalized the moment in the center of a small public square in Beirut, a videographer filmed the scene.
It was at this time that the first explosion was heard. We can then hear the videographer calling out to God. The bride-to-be was almost knocked down by the blast of the second explosion, her dress lifted by the displacement of air.
When the videographer turns the camera towards the street and returns to his starting point, debris litter the ground, the windows of the buildings are shattered and people run for shelter.
Another video, filmed from inside a place of worship, shows a priest knocked down by explosions after trying to continue his mass.
